To better capture information regarding libraries' wishes to resume service, KYVL's former Report Closed Dates(s) form has been modified to allow libraries to indicate requested resume dates. The form has been renamed Report Closed and Resume Date(s) and is available at the original link.
As your library's preferred date for resuming courier service become clear, please complete the Report Closed and Resume Date(s) form. The information you provide will help KYVL and STAT Courier determine when courier service will resume, perhaps in a modified fashion initially.
