Handicapped parking is available first come, first served at the library.
Free parking is available in the Pikeville Parking Garage, adjacent to the Hampton Inn.
- From the garage, take the pedway from the 3rd floor. Follow signs for Record Memorial / UPike Campus.
- Take the elevator in Record Memorial to the 6th floor. Exit the building.
- Take the walkway to the left of the administration building.
- Turn right behind the building. This will direct you across a pedestrian bridge and through another building to a courtyard in front of Allara Library.
