About this project: The Kentucky Virtual Library, a unit of Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), is coordinating an Affordable Learning Steering Committee to explore the possibility of a coordinated statewide affordable learning project for Kentucky. This website features the resources assembled and created by the steering committee. The project remains in draft status at this time.
