Ancestry Library Edition remote access has ended

Ancestry Library Edition was available remotely through December 2021.  Ancestry Library Edition was an onsite-only resource according to our contract.  We have member IP addresses on file at ProQuest and they do the authentication.  Certain member types were allowed remote access.

Temporarily, ProQuest turned on the remote access so KYVL members could use ALE away from their school or library's physical locations.  If you need Ancestry Library Edition access, going forward you'll need to be at the public library or school district.  Remote access will continue for postsecondary institutions.
