Did you know that KYVL has provided LearningExpress resources for skills building and test prep since 2014? LearningExpress contains ACT, AP, ASVAB exam prep and high school core subjects review as well as the career prep exams. There is a module called Adult Core Skills which is self-paced modules to improve knowledge of core subjects for those not in secondary or college. There is a College Student module as well for core subjects at a higher level.
Within LearningExpress resources, we have graduate school admissions test prep, the adult core skills building resources, technical/trade and professional exam prep, such as PRAXIS, GMAT, LSAT, and other test prep – study guides, flashcards, ebooks and more. There's also a mobile app. Because we serve P20, life and work, we have so much to offer a broad spectrum of interests and needs. We have Career Prep resources for trades and skilled jobs. From EMS to police to CDL drive or HVAC/electrical career paths.

For job seekers we have LearningExpress Job & Career Accelerator [JCA] through LearningExpress with resume and cover letter building tools [can import resumes, letters also], looking at careers by O*NET classification and career growth with Bureau of Labor Statistics information, and job searching with Monster integration. LearningExpress JCA has also Interest and Skills Matcher tools to find careers that best match in either area and skills building.

Also, LearningExpress offers MARC records and you can upload those to your catalog. Suddenly you'll have 300 ebooks linked in your catalog and the test prep and skills building resources linked as well. If you want to add MARC records, please get in touch for your access key also known as auth token. It's a string of numbers and letters that we need to provide you.
