The new FirstSearch interface went live over the weekend. KYVL member libraries don't need to take any action.
Staff at KYVL member libraries can share feedback on the new look of FirstSearch or start a discussion in the Discussions area of the new FirstSearch Community Center. Member library staff should use existing credentials for other OCLC Community Centers—such as WorldCat Discovery or WorldShare Interlibrary Loan—to access the new FirstSearch Community Center.
If a library staff person does not have credentials, requet them by submitting this form. Within 5 - 7 business days, an email will be received with instructions for how to update OCLC Services account password and log in to the FirstSearch Community Center. Staff at member libraries can contact Orders@oclc.org with questions about credentials for access to the FirstSearch Community Center.
