Public school districts have reported access issues with some EBSCO and Britannica content. We've reported this issue to the KDE KETS Help Desk. The firewall security team has been able to replicate most of the problems and is currently working to resolve the issues at the state level. It is a state firewall issue. We have no workaround at this time as it affects any districts accessing KYVL.org resources via their school networks. Access from home or on a public wifi will behave normally.
